We are mediators in real estate and infrastructure projects.
“It is not enough to talk about the issues. You need to talk to the people.”
Stanisław Jerzy Lec
Real estate and infrastructure projects are complex, with endless potential for conflicts.
Disputes not only jeopardise the profitability of your real estate project, but are also bad for your image - in the industry and with the public.
Differences of opinion and conflicting interests often lead to arguments and harden attitudes. In most cases, the only way out appears to be to go to court. That is costly and causes unnecessary trouble. Unless you come to an agreement.
This is where mediation comes in. The principle is simple and adds value for all.
We are mediators in real estate and infrastructure projects and support the parties to the dispute in finding their own solutions. We play a neutral role and ensure that everyone’s views and interests are examined in a balanced way and are taken into consideration in a spirit of trust. That means that the content of the discussions is the responsibility of the two parties.
You make decisions under your own responsibility, shape solutions and - unlike the situation in court - remain in control over the outcome of the proceedings.
The most important objective of mediation – namely to put an end to a dispute in a legally binding way – is achieved once the agreement has been committed to paper and signed by the parties.
Striking a balance instead of litigating
With mediation, it is possible to avoid court cases and to save time and expense.
